OK papa ??? IF... IF u had advanced the money of RM 800 Million, u better check it papa... i didn't receive it. It's today 2nd of December 2009 already, no longer in the month of November 2009. As i said (refer to Article # 593, as this article continuing from it), these people are trying to make out for their "personal interest". Papa... RM 800 Juta, kalau simpan dalam bank selama sebulan pun, the interest will be getting is RM 24 Million. Papa... these people are trying to make money using mine nor yours. Taking advantages...
Papa... for that papa, charge them interest for the delay of delivery / process. charge them 5% per/month from the total RM 800 Million (since 2006, the date of this journal began and being plagiarised by them. This is law, at the time it all began) !!!
OK papa... saya tidak halal kan mereka pencuri ini, walau belajar ilmu saya, nothing's free and easy for them !!! because nothing free and easy they make for me. Papa... menepati janji adalah WAJIB dalam islam, membayar hutang adalah WAJIB dalam islam. Yes papa... mencuri adalah hutang, kerana mengambil yang bukan hak. Itu lah mereka pencuri yang aniaya saya, mereka berhutang dengan saya... low class miskin memang pencuri !!! Walaupun berjawatan sebagai Perdana Menteri. Hanya miskin low class sahaja mencuri, kalau high-class apa taraf hendak mencuri, beli bayar instantly what taken... baru high-class !!! Papa... Kalau dah miskin low class sangat Kerajaan Malaysia di bawah kepimpinan Najib Tun Razak low class, nak bayar RM 800 Juta pun tak boleh nak cepat macam instant noodle (low class takde duit sahaja yang lambat nak bayar apa diambil, kalau high-class seperti papa - cepat jer). Kalau mereka ini dah low class sangat, bayar dahulu apa yang ada, or atleast 10% daripada RM 800 Juta itu sekali, we meet face to face, then saya dan mereka low class sign agreement untuk bila hendak habis membayar tu.

Pada 1hb Disember 2009, siaran Berita Buletin Utama Tv3 telah menyiarkan satu laporan berita bertajuk "Jimat RM 2 Billion", pada siaran berita nya yang bermula dari jam 2000 - 2100hrs. Kandungan berita itu melaporkan bahawa Kerajaan Malaysia akan melaksanakan dan mengintegrasikan subsidi minyak negara di dalam "Smart Card" (Kad Pengenalan Pintar Pelbagaiguna) yang telah dibentangkan di Parlimen dan akan di laksanakan tidak lama lagi. Didalam laporang berita tersebut, yang mengumumkan mengenai perkara itu ialah Dato' Seri Ahmad Husni Mohamad Hanadzlah, iaitu Menteri Kewangan ke-2 Malaysia.
Idea untuk mengintegrasikan subsidi minyak di dalam Smart Card (Kad Pengenalan Pintar Pelbagaiguna) itu ialah idea asal dari saya, yang ditiru dan diciplak oleh pihak pihak tertentu, dan didalam hal ini oleh Kerajaan Malaysia.
Idea asal itu diciplak dari laman web (journal/blog) saya iaitu di Article # 1, Chapter 4 (Perenggan ke-4) di http://LuQiee.Livejournal.com bertarikh 28hb September 2006, ianya diciplak oleh pihak Kerajaan Malaysia. Yang mana pada perenggan berkenaan saya menyatakan :

Menciplak adalah suatu kesalahan jenayah dibawah undang-undang Malaysia. Ini adalah salah satu daripada harta intelek saya yang dicuri/diciplak oleh Kerajaan Malaysia, yang mana saya menuntut bayaran sebanyak RM 800 Juta, semenjak dari tahun 2006 lagi tetapi tidak dibayar sehingga kini walaupun wang pendahuluan. Malah undang-undang Malaysia sendiri mengkatagorikan menciplak ini sebagai jenayah. Saya telah membuat laporan polis awal mengenai hal ini, merujuk kepada report : JTRAZAK/008281/08.
Laporan saya ini ialah laporan jenayah terhadap Perdana Menteri Malaysia iaitu Dato Seri Najib Tun Razak yang merupakan Menteri Kewangan, terhadap Dato Seri Ahmad Husni Mohamad Hanadzlah sebagai Menteri Kewangan ke-2 dan terhadap Kerajaan Malaysia secara keseluruhan. i haven't meet the I/O yet to this case... (received call from the police station just now at 5:45pm), but my phone was low batt, disconnected before answering. Hope they'd call back). But i'm gonna meet the I/O by tomorrow 4th December 2009, but the I/O have to call again, setting the appointment. (I received the call already, at 6:07pm. Gonna meet the I/O tomorrow morning AM time Friday - 4th Disember 2009 at Balai IPD Sentul. You see papa... i'm being transparent with u, they didn't call, i tell u. When i received call, i inform u.).

Papa... sewaktu saya di Balai Polis Taman Setiawangsa, Kuala Lumpur siang tadi untuk membuat laporan polis seperti di atas. Mereka ini telah tilik saya, atau mereka guna sihir untuk membaca isi hati saya (Rasulullah s.a.w sendiri tak boleh baca isi hati orang, ini kan pula mereka low class ni ? mereka guna apa papa ? guna sihir ! Rasulullah s.a.w mendapat wahyu mengetahui sesuatu yang ghaib, mereka ni bukan rasul untuk mendapat wahyu. So... it's sihir, syaitan yang bertopengkan agama.). Di sebabkan mereka low class pencuri ini menggunakan sihir dan mengetahui apa saya hendak buat. Maka mereka telah menyusun kan membuat drama mereka terhadap saya.
Saya berada di Balai Polis Taman Setiawangsa, Kuala Lumpur, pada pukul 2:30pm, dan hanya dapat membuat laporan polis pada pukul 4:13pm. Sewaktu tiba di Balai berkenaan, ada seorang perempuan ini yang mendahului saya (ini taktik penipuan mereka, bukan pertama kali, telah banyak kali). Perempuan ini bertudung, beliau membuat laporan mengenai pihak bank menuntut bayar RM 38,000 dari beliau. (i'll explain this later below).
Itu satu hal. Satu hal lagi papa, sewaktu tiba di Balai itu. Mereka buat wayang... buat drama, ada kontraktor yang datang membaik pulih peralatan di dalam balai itu. Kesemua mereka seperti pelakon, it's too obvious to be noticed !!! Dan yang mengambil laporan polis saya itu ialah, Puandak bin Bachok @ Lawek (R107760) seperti yang saya membuat laporan polis terhadap beliau refer Article #591 - http://luqiee.livejournal.com/155803.ht
Beliau berkata kepada saya :
" Kalau kau nak cepat... kau pergi balai lain. Ni orang tengah buat kerja... macam mana aku nak buat kerja
Kerana salah seorang kontraktor itu, memasang cable clip pada computer itu. Dan waktu itu saya baru duduk hendak membuat laporan, kontraktor itu nampak saya duduk, waktu itu juga dia sibuk hendak pasang cable clip. Isn't it obvious ??? waktu saya tidak duduk sebelum itu, taknak pula dia pasang cable clip tu ? Kan bodoh tu... saya nampak, terlalu obvious.
Plate kenderaan, Van yang di gunakan oleh kontraktor itu ialah WBT4027 (trace dengan JPJ). Dan setelah saya membuat laporan polis, sementara menanti anggota itu memaklumkan pada pegawai bertugsa. Tiba-tiba sahaja salah seorang kontraktor (pelakon filem low class, gred F punya actor) itu datang kembali, dah bercakap dengan anggota itu (Puandak bin Bachok). Dia menyatakan,

Then i told him, i am not an insurance agent. He said that Luqman Hakim of his was his past schoolmate, and i asked which school, his answered are wrong to mine.
Encik Shukri ini hanya menipu... then i asked mana dia dapat my phone number ? he said that Luqman Hakim of his gave him the number of 019 - 338 7025 to him, and when he called, the answering maching redirect it to my 017 - 330 8263. (isn't what i wrote above regarding that 019 - 338 7025 is still with the corrupted police officer ? read it again.)

Kandungan berita itu melaporkan bahawa Kerajaan Malaysia akan melaksanakan dan mengintegrasikan subsidi minyak negara di dalam "Smart Card" (Kad Pengenalan Pintar Pelbagaiguna) yang telah dibentangkan di Parlimen dan akan di laksanakan tidak lama lagi. Didalam laporang berita tersebut, yang mengumumkan mengenai perkara itu ialah Dato' Seri Ahmad Husni Mohamad Hanadzlah, iaitu Menteri Kewangan ke-2 Malaysia.
Idea untuk mengintegrasikan subsidi minyak di dalam Smart Card (Kad Pengenalan Pintar Pelbagaiguna) itu ialah idea asal dari saya, yang ditiru dan diciplak oleh pihak pihak tertentu, dan didalam hal ini oleh Kerajaan Malaysia.
Idea asal itu diciplak dari laman web (journal/blog) saya iaitu di Article # 1, Chapter 4 (Perenggan ke-4) di http://LuQiee.Livejournal.com bertarikh 28hb September 2006, ianya diciplak oleh pihak Kerajaan Malaysia. Yang mana pada perenggan berkenaan saya menyatakan :

Papa... sewaktu saya di Balai Polis Taman Setiawangsa, Kuala Lumpur siang tadi untuk membuat laporan polis seperti di atas. Mereka ini telah tilik saya, atau mereka guna sihir untuk membaca isi hati saya (Rasulullah s.a.w sendiri tak boleh baca isi hati orang, ini kan pula mereka low class ni ? mereka guna apa papa ? guna sihir ! Rasulullah s.a.w mendapat wahyu mengetahui sesuatu yang ghaib, mereka ni bukan rasul untuk mendapat wahyu. So... it's sihir, syaitan yang bertopengkan agama.). Di sebabkan mereka low class pencuri ini menggunakan sihir dan mengetahui apa saya hendak buat. Maka mereka telah menyusun kan membuat drama mereka terhadap saya.
Saya berada di Balai Polis Taman Setiawangsa, Kuala Lumpur, pada pukul 2:30pm, dan hanya dapat membuat laporan polis pada pukul 4:13pm. Sewaktu tiba di Balai berkenaan, ada seorang perempuan ini yang mendahului saya (ini taktik penipuan mereka, bukan pertama kali, telah banyak kali). Perempuan ini bertudung, beliau membuat laporan mengenai pihak bank menuntut bayar RM 38,000 dari beliau. (i'll explain this later below).
Itu satu hal. Satu hal lagi papa, sewaktu tiba di Balai itu. Mereka buat wayang... buat drama, ada kontraktor yang datang membaik pulih peralatan di dalam balai itu. Kesemua mereka seperti pelakon, it's too obvious to be noticed !!! Beliau berkata kepada saya :

Kerana salah seorang kontraktor itu, memasang cable clip pada computer itu. Dan waktu itu saya baru duduk hendak membuat laporan, kontraktor itu nampak saya duduk, waktu itu juga dia sibuk hendak pasang cable clip. Isn't it obvious ??? waktu saya tidak duduk sebelum itu, taknak pula dia pasang cable clip tu ? Kan bodoh tu... saya nampak, terlalu obvious.
Plate kenderaan, Van yang di gunakan oleh kontraktor itu ialah WBT4027 (trace dengan JPJ). Dan setelah saya membuat laporan polis, sementara menanti anggota itu memaklumkan pada pegawai bertugsa. Check la papa... siasat, saya pasti kontraktor itu tidak mendapat kelulusan untuk membaikpulih Balai Polis Taman Setiawangsa pada 3hb Disember 2009. Malah tidak ada pun dalam rekod Ibu Pejabat PDRM mengenai kontraktor yang di hantar untuk baikpulih balai taman setiawangsa.
Check, jika betul apa saya kata ini, maka kontraktor itu semua pelakon, buat drama orang low class, intelligent low class penyamun !!! Ini kesalahan serious !!! Nasib saya sempat mendapat plate number van kontraktor itu, WBT4027.

Then i told him, i am not an insurance agent. He said that Luqman Hakim of his was his past schoolmate, and i asked which school, his answered are wrong to mine.
Encik Shukri ini hanya menipu... then i asked mana dia dapat my phone number ? he said that Luqman Hakim of his gave him the number of 019 - 338 7025 to him, and when he called, the answering maching redirect it to my 017 - 330 8263. (isn't what i wrote above regarding that 019 - 338 7025 is still with the corrupted police officer ? read it again.)

I asked him futher, when was the last he called that Luqman Hakim at that 019 - 338 7025 claimed to be his friend's number ? he answered couple of months back. What a lie !!!
